How can I reach the support team for some customer service?

How do I speak to a human being to ask my questions? Is there a phone number I can call?

No no phone numbers for basic support.

There's a banner saying that my credit card has expired, but it hasn't. We're also four months out from when another payment is due. What;s this about, and why can't I talk or chat with someone to handle this error?
