How can I reactivate my account, as I forgot the password too?

Hi Can you assist in reactivating my account. I received an email stating my account was inactivated and I forgot the password as well.

 

and i need the same account back activated.

Hi @markab01,

If not too late, you can reset your password, of course. This should not be a issue since you have control of your login email still. 😉

I tried with the password reset steps which is not helpful and i'm not getting any emails for resetting the password

Hey there @markab01!

 

Can you clarify for me if the email mentioned that your account would be closed in a specific amount of time, or if it said that the account had already been closed?
