How can I remove my billing information to ensure I've cancelled my subscription?

I am trying to find a section where I can see my credit card data in order to remove them. I tried the free plan, canceled before trial date but I just received that they tried to charge me... I did a downgrade again today, even though it was the second time, I am on a free trial plan. Where is the personal payment detail?

Hi @jugureanu, thanks for joining the Community!

 

Once your account has returned to a Dropbox Basic plan after your trial has been cancelled, then the billing details entered at the time would be removed from the system.

 

Could you confirm what plan you see from this page on your account?
