How can I revert back to my personal account instead of the Teams or Business account?

How can I revert back to my personal account instead of the Teams or Business account?

I don't know why, but I can't pay my regular personal account. I think it was missed with a business or something. The fact is i just want my monthly basis regular plain vanilla account to save my photos.
Can someone tell me how I get back from Teams or Business to my regular account?

Hi there @Daniel Vidal , I hope you're having a good start to your week so far!

 

From what you mentioned, and the screenshot you attached, is it possible that you started a free trial for the Business account?

 

Can you send along a screenshot of your plan page here, so I can have a better idea of what your account's current state is?

Hi there, Daniel!

 

Thanks for the screenshot and sorry to jump in; I just wanted to ask if you get any options when you click on the see next steps shown in the red banner. 

 

As it seems you are in a team account which is currently in locked state, you'll need to either upgrade your subscription or disband the team to revert back to a personal account.

 

From there, you'll be able to upgrade to one of our individual plans as you desire.
