Hey @Poort, you can find the size of a folder through the website by following the steps below:
  1. Sign in.
  2. Go to Files.
  3. Click a column header and select Size.
  4. Hover over the folder and click the check box next the folder you’re interested in.
  5. Select the Calculate size option that’s on the right side of your screen.
  6. Wait for the size to be calculated. The folder size displays in the Size column next to the folder once the calculation is done.

How can I see the size of files/folders when viewing them from the web?

Explorer | Level 3

When viewing my files and folders in a web browser why can't I see a column for filesize? That should be a no-brainer...

Hey there @MM20191,

You can alter the column header while viewing your files on Dropbox so that it displays file and folder sizes. If you navigate to your Files page and click the header showing “Modified”, then choose the option “Size” from the drop down.

For folders you will need to “calculate” the folder size which you can do with these steps after changing the column header to “Size”:

  1. Click the check box next the folder you’re interested in.
  2. Click Calculate size in the right sidebar.
  3. Wait for the size to be calculated. The folder size displays in the Size column next to the folder once the calculation is done.

Let me know if you have any other questions - Thanks!

EDIT: It showed up after I replied, so I've clicked the button.

Yes... that did the trick. Thank you.

I can't find the ACCEPT AS SOLUTION button in my web browser (Edge Dev), but if I coould, this would be the correct solution.
