This is a public forum, nobody here can check. 

You can, however, look yourself at www.dropbox.com/account to see what plan you are on and if you will be about to be billed again

I thought I had gone in to cancel my subscription but obviously it did not work since I was just billed for June.  I went in tonight & tried again and now it says it is cancelled. I am wondering if you can credit my account for this month since the cancellation did not go through?

Since this is a billing related question I’d suggest going through our Support channel as we can’t discuss such account specific info on the Community (due to it being a public forum). Would you mind if I reach out to your email address associated with your Community profile?
 
Otherwise, if you’ve already submitted a Support ticket with our team, please feel free to let me know the ticket reference number (eg. #1234567) and I can follow up there with the info you’ve provided here.
