How can I see what account I'm paying for?

New member | Level 2

I have a Dropbox account that I am paying for.  However, I don't know what kind of account it is and therefore can't follow the online instructions to find billing history.  The online instructions tell me to go to my "avatar", then click on Settings, then Billing.  But I don't have an avatar (a profile picture?) and can't find any tab that says Settings.

Hey there @cyndettmanautho

Welcome to the Dropbox Community!

I'd be more than happy to help.

At first, you can find the subscription your account is on by navigating to your Plan tab

From there, if you're on a Plus or Professional subscription, you can go to your billing tab by signing in to your account on the website and clicking on your avatar icon which should be on the top right corner of your screen:Avatar.png

After clicking on it, you can continue to follow these instructions to find a billing receipt or invoice

Finally, if you don’t recognize a Dropbox charge on your credit card, you can look up the email address and payment date associated by using our credit card charge lookup tool.

I hope this helps, but please let me know if you have any other questions!
