How can I transfer my subscription, or get a refund?

I currently have two Dropbox accounts, business and personal I have rearranged the content in these accounts so that all personal files are in the gmail account and the business files in the other. I had upgraded the gmail account in May to provide more capacity. I no longer need the added capacity on that account. I cancelled the upgrade yesterday and would like to receive a refund or to transfer the subscription to the business account.

Currently, it isn't possible to transfer subscriptions from one account to another, since they're associated with the account itself.

 

Regarding a refund, you can check this article on the site to see if you would be eligible.
