How can I upgrade back to a Business plan?

How can I upgrade back to a Business plan?

My Business account has been downgraded to a free account. Im trying to get it back and running but Im unable to get the business account that I was using before. I was told by someone called Gennaro that Ill be called back and that has not happned. I emailed him an no response. And there is no one at dropbox to contact. How do get the account that I was using up and running because the options that I am seeing are for different accounts?

 

Any ideas please?

Were you in contact with the Dropbox Business sales team? If so, you can try contacting them again from here?
