Hello. New problem. When I bought the Dropbox Business Advanced trial, I did not realize that there was only 3 TB of storage. How can I get unlimited storage like Dropbox Business Advanced? I can't find a place to get started.
If I go into:
Dropbox Business Advanced trial
Sophisticated admin features and as much space as you need. See details.
and click:
Advanced
Purchase now
Then I only get an error message.
Error (404)
We can't find the page you're looking for.
Can you help me with this?
Free trial ends on March 14, 2020
Hi @Smilehullet, thanks for posting on the Community!
While you’re on a trial, as you found out, it isn’t possible to go above 3 TB of quota until you’re on the paid plan.
Regarding the error, are you logged in as the team admin on the account when attempting to upgrade to the paid plan?
Keep me posted!

Now we managed to change to Advanced, but only have 5TB of storage, not as much space as needed
Glad to hear you managed to purchase the plan you wanted @Smilehullet - thanks for keeping us in the loop too!
Moving on to your concern, note that while we do offer as much storage space as you need with the Dropbox Business Advanced subscription, we want to make sure that our users are fully utilizing the storage space they already have before adding more.
If you need to upload more data into your account or find that you're nearing your current 5 TB quota, feel free to chat, call, or write in to us and we'll be more than happy to add that additional storage space.
I hope this information helps and please let us know should you ever come up with any Dropbox questions.

I am going to need about 15 - 20 TB of storage. I am moveing the entire database to the dropbox. 5TB is too small and will fill up in no time
The system will automatically add more quota as you need it, once you’re approaching the current quota limit.
If it doesn’t for whatever reason, please let me know!
