How can we centrally manage company accounts?

Our company has multiple accounts. We need to consolidate the accounts so that we can centrally manage those users. We dont want a single dropbox.

Since you don't want to merge all Dropbox accounts into one, Dropbox Business teams might be what you're looking for.

Need help consolidating accounts

I have been tasked with tracking down our company's rogue dropbox accounts. All I have to go on is the credit card used to pay for them each month. I need to find these accountholder's emails, so that we can migrate them to a centrally managed account, and stop the madness. I have sent an email to support, but I'm not getting any answers. Can someone there please contact me, and let's get this fixed? Thank you!

I've just moved your post here as it seems you posted about this issue before.

 

In order to locate those accounts using the billing info related to them, I'd suggest reaching out to our Support team either with the options available for your plan here, or by submitting a ticket here.

 

Once you've done so, you can let me know the ticket number (eg. #1234567) and I can pass along the info you've provided here.
