How can we change the billing info of our team?

From the 1st of April 2019 we have a new owner of our business. They wish to take over our business and apps.

Please send me a change of owners or any information that is required to cancel our account and add the new owner to our drop box including our existing files.

At first, please note that in order to change the billing details for a Dropbox Business plan, you must be the team the team admin for your account. 
If you’re not sure who the team admin is, you can find them as per this article, and if you want to change a member’s right into being an admin, you can do so as outlined in this link
Once you find the admin or the relevant member is appointed as one, the billing info can be edited or cancel the Business subscription
If you’re still having trouble with this, I’ve made sure to locate your request from my end and have passed your comments along to the member of my team reviewing this for you. When they have more info on the matter, they’ll get back to you.
