I cannot cancel my Dropbox Trial, as in How to cancel or downgrade a Dropbox subscription | Dropbox Help cannot find the any "Cancel Plan / Manage Plan" in setting account page.

I have no other valid or active email account. My dropbox profile shows I have the Basic Plan which is suppose to be free so that may be why I can not find a "cancel" button. However, I have still been charged $131.99 (which is an amount that does not match any of Dropbox plans). Based on community posts I am not the only user having the same problem. Trying to resolve through Dropbox is an frustrating web of dead ends. This seems like fraudulent activity I have placed a dispute with my credit card showing a screen shot of my profile as a Basic user and I have placed a complaint with FTC. Dropbox is engaging in dishonest business practice.

Sure. I tried to establish a ticket on Dropbox site but that also proved impossible. It is an absolutely awful and seemingly deliberately difficult customer support system.
