How do I cancel my Professional trial? I'm getting emails that they're trying to charge me

Good evening I'm completely unsure about what has happened I've email Dropbox to inform the team of my cancellation request for my trail professionals subscriptions however I'm still receiving email reporting to me that there still having trouble collecting $360 yearly subscriptions fee how does that work and what should I do

Could you please clarify if you followed these steps to cancel your trial for the Dropbox Professional subscription?

What is your account's plan tab reporting at the moment?
