How do I change my drop box subscription from business to basic?

As the title states, I would like to change my account from the business version of dropbox to the basic version. However, when i go through the process of attempting to change my account status, Dropbox wants me to create a new account and won't let me change subscriptions, or wants me to disband my current team. Because my business trial has expired it has been preventing me from syncing documents to my companies shared Dropbox folder.

 

Could someone please explain how I would go about changing my subscription from business to basic without having to disband my current team?

Hi @Jordan C, Welcome to the Dropbox Community!

Here are the steps of how you'd be able to downgrade from a Business plan to a Basic one. 

Keep in mind, that disbanding your team is necessary, since the basic plan is an individual one.
