How do I delete the desktop app and auto-start the website?

Explorer | Level 3

I have 2 questions.

1) How do I remove Dropbox desktop from my computer.  I'm out of space on my hard drive.

2) How do I then set up to use Dropbox.com (online) to automatically start up when I turn on my computer - and not download/sync files to my computer.

Thank you.

Hey there @roknrobn - I am afraid this won't be viable at this moment as the auto-startup option is available for our desktop app only; not web sessions.

What you can do though is either use Selective Sync which is a great option when you need to free up space locally on your computer or uninstall the desktop app whatsoever and access your files only through the web (your Dropbox folder will be only a local folder on your computer after unlinking your account and uninstalling our software).

I hope this helps to some extent and please let me know if there's anything else you'd like to ask.

Thanks!
