Hey there @Mhughston - how are you today?

As I don't have a view of your account, I would start by taking a look at this page since you'd like to downgrade. If you purchased your plan ( subscritpion) through your mobile's app store, take a look here for iOS or here for Android devices.

I accidentally upgraded to business while downloading to a new computer. How can I undo this? I am a plus user only.

I think it was online...no app shows on my Android....I need to cancel my paid subscription and go back to basic

Have you identified the email address that your subscription fee(s) relate to yet @mombara?

You can do this by using our self served look-up tool below: 

https://www.dropbox.com/payments/find_receipt

From there, you'll need to log into the upgraded account and cancel the auto renewal as outlined below:

https://help.dropbox.com/billing/cancel-subscription
