How do I find my billing invoices for my Basic account?

How do I find my billing invoices for my Basic account?

I have a question about the amount of money that was charged to debit card for a yearly subscription for Basic Dropbox.  How can I find out where to download the inovices?  I do not know what I am being billed for?  My account information says that my plan is a " Basic Plan".

Hey there @RC2020, thanks for dropping by.

 

If you're on a Plus/Family/Professional subscription, or the admin of a Business team, you can find your invoices from your Billing tab. 

 

Since you mention though that you're on a Basic account, it very likely that the charges are for another account. 

 

Could you look up the email address associated with the charge by using our lookup tool, and let me know what you find?

I manage a Dropbox account that is "Personal". Not one of the options on the article about "How do I find a billing receipt or invoice?" Not "Dropbox Plus, Family, or Professional". Not Business or Educational.

 

The article suggests that my Settings should show a "Plan" line item. Not so.

 

How do I find Invoices for my Personal plan?
