How do I get chat Support for my Dropbox Plus account?

How do I get chat support if I have a dropbox plus related question. I found my way to a chat support regardig dropbox business but they were not able to help me. I want to find a comparison of all the different plans but I keep being told it is an external support. Please...if we are paying $12.99 a month for plus then shouldn't we be able to have support available to us? Thank you.

I am sorry you were unable to contact support. Were you contacting us through the chat that pops up on this Business page maybe? https://www.dropbox.com/business/pricing

If not, can I have a ticket number for your communication with us, so I can report your feedback about this? 

We offer live chat support to Plus users. To see the support options for your account, log in and go to dropbox.com/support

Try this and let me know, if you managed to chat with us. Make sure you are loged in to the Plus account before you click the link.
