I pay monthly for a premium account, but yesterday it has downgraded my account and deleted every file I had on dropbox, I can only speak to the chatbot which is very unhelpful. Please can you advise how to get in contact with someone to resolve this?

Hi @Kelsey4, thanks for messaging today!

 

I'm sorry to hear about this matter. If your account is downgraded, then the files wouldn't be deleted from your account, all that will happen is that files will stop syncing.

 

As you're missing files on your account, could you try recovering them from this page?

 

Regarding phone support, currently, we only provide incoming phone support for team admins of Dropbox Business subscriptions.

Good Morning my name is Nadine Thornton I cancel my free subscription before it ended and the company still took my money and I have a confirmation email saying it been cancel please refund me my money

Hi @Nadine0919, I understand your concern over this matter. As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.


You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.
