I have been invoiced for an old dropbox account, I have left the company that has the attached email, and the password is expired, so if i select forgot it goes to old email address

In order to access the account you'll need access to the email address associated with it. Perhaps the company can forward you any reset information sent to your old email address. Otherwise, all you'll be able to do is get the billing cancelled. To do so, you'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly.
Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
