I would like to terminate my account, but to retrieve content before doing so. We have not used dropbox in ages and can't remember anything about it. Would like to speak to a person who can walk us through it.
Unless a paying business customer all support is via here or email.
www.dropbox.com/support lists your options. However, to get data off simply log in to your account and download it 🙂
