I used the free Business trial but I don't want to keep it.
I do want to upgrade and keep the files I uploaded but not to the Business one.
How do I do this? It won't let me close the Business option without deleting the files, so weird.
And it won't let me upgrade until I've answered the question about whether I want to keep the Business upgrade or not.
Catch 22, not cool.
Anyone?

You wouldn't need to delete your files in order to cancel the Dropbox Business plan. Have you tried the steps on this page to cancel the plan?
If it isn't working, any other info or screenshots would be helpful to assist further!
