How does the quota on a Dropbox Professional plan work?

Hello

 

I am on a Dropbox Professional plan, which gives you 3TB of storage space billed monthly.

 

I'd like to figure out, do you get 3TB each month? As in a fresh 3TB of storage space? 

 

Or do you only have 3TB worth of space with your old files?

Hi @Amierae, thanks for joining the Community!

 

When you upgrade to a paid plan, for the duration of the subscription, you get the amount of quota on that account.

 

For a Dropbox Professional plan, you’ll have a total of 3 TB to store your files while you’re still paying for the plan. It doesn’t increase by 3 TB each month, it remains the same.
