Hello I had requested a refund because I had switched to business unintetionally and Lisa from Dropbox support team requested the refund and sent me a confirmation email and it said I would receive the refund in a few business days. That was on September 12 and now it is the 24th and still do not have a refund. Please help the ticket number was Ticket #11392699: Re: Dropbox Support Chat.  Please help me.  I need someone to talk to about this because now that she has completed the change to personal I can no longer talk to anyone about my account.  This is very crazy!  And I was supposed to get back 450.00.  I called the very same day it ws charged and was assured that it was to be refunded with in a few business days.

Cancled the dropbox plus but not recieved the refund

The Dropbox team conutinue my subscription on 05/10/2020 when I realize the account change from my online bank. I directly go to the dropbox page to cancle the service and it shows that I have downgraded to the dropbox basics and there is an item showing on the billing page titled with "refund" but I haven't recieved it to my bank account. Is there anyway I can obtain the refund?

A refund should be processed within 3-5 business days.

 

If you've not received this yet, is it possible that the charge may have been voided and the charge cancelled instead?

 

If not, I would have to suggest reaching out to your bank to see if they can provide any further info on this.
