How long does it take for an upgrade to be active?

Soooo I had to upgrade to Plus because of running out of space. But when I log in, I'm still getting a message that I have no space AND my plan is still showing Basic.  Thanks!

Hey there @amandajunkie, I hope you're well today!

 

Once you upgrade your account, the change in your plan should take place immediately. Can you clarify for me if you upgraded directly through the website, or through the Dropbox mobile app?

 

If the charge for the upgrade has gone through with your back account, you can use the charge's transaction ID to check if the upgrade was applied to the correct account with our look up tool here.

 

Let me know what you find!

Hi thank you, I’ve done this and I’m in contact with someone via email too regarding this it’s so annoying as I need the extra storage to be able to open my daughters school work. Just hope it gets sorted soon as this is £9.99 per month isn’t it I’ve already lost 2 days.

One last thing I can suggest to try and push things along for you @babysept, if you happened to upgrade through the Apple App store on your mobile then you could try restoring the purchase as outlined here.

 

Also, I was able to locate your open ticket with our Support team and just passed along your comments to let my colleague know that you also reached out to us here.
