Hey there @carmelfpayne - why don't you take a look at our plans' page where you'll be able to compare all Individual and Team plans, as well as sign up for the Dropbox plan best suited to fit your needs?

I had an account and I was not aware, but I went over the memory level.  I want a new plan that gives me more space and sharing opps with my students.  The Business one seems to have more space, but costs less.  That does not make sense.

I have my materials in the DropBox that I need for tomorrow and I cannot access it.  The password I was given does not work.

Sorry to hear about this @bryan2019 - I'll try to help!

First of all, note that our Business plans come with a minimum of 3 licenses (unlike our individual plans such as Basic, Plus and Professional) - is that what you're referring maybe?

Also, if you don't remember your password, or you need to reset it, you can visit our website here:  https://www.dropbox.com/forgot

Please enter the email address associated with your Dropbox account. You'll then receive an email from no-reply@dropbox.com with the steps to reset your password.

If you don't receive an email after a reasonable amount of time, please check your spam folder to ensure that no-reply@dropbox.com is not blocked. You can also add no-reply@dropbox.com to your address book and request another password reset email.
