How to Delete Dropbox for Business and open a Dropbox Free account

I had a Free 30 day trial for Dropbox Business that has now expired.  I'd like to convert to Dropbox Free, but it's telling me my email has already been used.  Does anyone know how I can open a Free Dropbox account - not for Business?

Hey @Rufus74; welcome to our Community!

 

Since your email address is already associated with an account, it's normal that you can't create a new one using the same email address.

 

If you're currently in locked state, you'll need to disband the team to revert to an individual account.
