How to access an account that is attached to an email that is no longer active?

I have an old Dropbox account tied to an email that is no longer in use.  I went to login to Dropbox today and the 6 digit code was sent to that email address.  How else can I login to my account if I can't access the 6 digit code?

Do you still have access to that email address? I believe you could try to contact the email service provider to assist you to gain access to it first.

Thanks Vicker, no the account no longer exists. It was tied to an account that I closed out years ago. I need another way to access.
