How to change phone number in dropbox?

Hi

 

Im trying to activate 2-step verification in dropbox. But i noticed the phone number is my old number and i would like to change to my new number. Where do i find this setting?

Hi there @Dassh

You can change your two-step verification phone number by following the steps below:

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com on a web browser.
  2. Go to the avatar at the top of any page.
  3. Click on Settings.
  4. Select the Security tab.
  5. Click Edit next to your phone number.

Thanks for the screenshot, @Dassh.

Just to confirm, do you see any buttons or option on the right-hand side of the screen? 

If not, could you try the following and see if any of them do the trick:

  • Try navigating to that page from another browser. 
  • Use incognito/private browser mode. 
  • Ensure that you're not running any third party browser extensions. 
  • Clear your browser's cache. 

If you do see options or buttons, could you send me one more screenshot (without any personal info) of your tab?
