we are really surprised (and a little bit ennoyed...) about how to get in touch with your sales support. It is really strange for a so worldwide well know cloud service provider!
As we are a non profit association, we have been requesting information about your price discounts, as Dropbox says it offers such a kind of possibility. Nothing is shown about that in your official price solutions.
So we repeatedly filled forms in your "support" section, without any reply from you. Every section of Dropbox support web pages direct us to these forms, but nothing happens. A real loop!
Please, give us a satisfactory reply, if possible. Many thanks indeed.
