How to delete old account

I quit a job more than a year ago, but didn’t cancel my Dropbox Business account, so I’m paying $11.99 monthly on my personal Visa card. The email address under which I set up the Dropbox account no longer exists. I mace the 12-digit billing code, but can’t see a way to delete the account without my old company email account. How can I delete the account (and billing)? [personal information removed as per the Community's Guidelines]

Hi @jayrc; welcome to the Community!


In this case, I'd recommend trying an incognito window without logging into any account. 


From there, when on this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page and input your payment's information along with an email address we can reach you.
