I quit a job more than a year ago, but didn’t cancel my Dropbox Business account, so I’m paying $11.99 monthly on my personal Visa card. The email address under which I set up the Dropbox account no longer exists. I mace the 12-digit billing code, but can’t see a way to delete the account without my old company email account.
