How to delete one Dropbox device and choose another with a free Dropbox account?

How do I delete one Dropbox device and choose another with a free Dropbox account?   I have dropbox on my desktop PC, android phone and one I-pad.   I'd like to have it on I-pads I own.  I don't really use it on my Pixel 3, so I'd like to delete the app there.  I forget how I added them on in the first place.  Would I just uninstall the app on the Pixel 3 and then install it on my 2nd I-pad?   I know there's a limit of only 3 devices.

You can unlink any devices that might be putting you over your account's limit from your Security page. 

Once you have only two connected devices, install the app on your second iPad as desired and you should be good to go.
