How to get a live customer service response?

I am trying to get information about what appear to be duplicate charges and a sudden, larger charge. I have tried submitting the details on the card checking app but have not had a response. If there are any Dropbox support folks on this thread can you please contact me at [email address removed as per the Community's Guidelines]?

Hi there

 

You can send your query via email to support@dropbox.zendesk.com and someone from the friendly Dropbox support team will be able to assist you.

Hi @betsyemerson; welcome to our Community!

 

I just wanted to add that if @Casper777's suggestion didn't work for you, you can use an incognito window without signing into any account and contact our support team so we can assist further. 

 

To do this, when on this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page and input your payment's information along with an email address we can reach you.
