How to get into my Disabled account

How to get into my Disabled account

I was able to get on it about a week or 2 ago and then when i tried a few days ago it says it was disabled. Ive tried on the app and on the website please help i have a LOT of stuff saved there.

This account i made to make this post as i can not log into the actual account

Hi @ThatOneGuy, thanks for contacting us!

 

Were you part of a Dropbox Business team on which the admin could have disabled your account?


Could you try contacting the support team by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link. Make sure to enter the same email for the disabled account you used to login to Dropbox.

 

Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!
