Hello, my brother got a Dropbox+ subscription in between the time of December 27th and January 1st. He’s already paid for the year and cancelled his subscription, but doesn’t want to get charged when it expires. At this time, he can still access Dropbox+ even though he cancelled the subscription and still has time before it expires. Will he get charged when it expires in a few weeks?
If he already cancelled his subscription's renewal through his account's plan tab, there won't be any further charges after the account gets downgraded, only syncing will stop if the account is over-quota.
