We are a University and received an invoice for 10 licenses. There is no name associated with the invoice and we do not know what department should pay for this. How can we find out who set up this account?

Just use an incognito window without signing into any account. Then, from this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page.
From there, make sure to input your payment's information along with an email address we can reach you to look further into this.
