How do I migrate all the data from a downgraded team account to a different individual account. The downgraded team account is over its storage limit and data that exceeds the storage limit appears to be inaccessible since the downgrade.

Hey @David-B2, I hope you're having a good day so far!

It sounds like you're currently part of a free team after your Business team downgraded.

In this case, you can simply leave the free team, which will convert your account back to a personal account. You'll keep all your personal files in the account and shared folders.

Since you're over the space limit, all the data within your account should still be accessible, however your account won't be able to save new changes or sync.

It sounds like you're currently part of a free team after your Business team downgraded.
