Hi,

 

I have a dropbox account and not being used for a while. I am trying to recover/reset passwords but none of them worked. I know for the sure the email assoicated with my old account. Can you please suget me the best ways to recover my old account?

If the email address is not working at www.dropbox.com/forgot then its almost certain that the account has been deleted (unused ones are removed after at least 12 months of inactivity). 

Unfortunately if removed it is not possible to recover.
