I have purchased my Dell Inspiron on the 2nd of February 2021, which comes with a redeemable storage offer from Dropbox. And according to the table in the following link I would get a 100gb free storage space

When I check my account in the laptop app, it show that I redeemed only 20gb. Would appreciate any help on this.

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. I BOUGHT MY DELL 24MAR2021 AND STILL NO IDEA HOW TO CLAIM AND UBALE TO GET A RESPONSE FROM DROPBOX.   HELP

I have purchased my Dell G3 15 on May 27, 2021, which comes with a redeemable storage offer from Dropbox. And according to the table in the following link I would get a 100gb free storage space

My account said that I only have 2GB of the Basic plan. Could anyone help with my issue?
