Good Day to you!

It appears that you are trying to move alot of data from your phone to your Mac.

One way would be to to manualy transfer the data via cable , technicaly manualy uploading the data into your Mac.

The Second option would be using Dropbox:

To manually upload a file to Dropbox from your mobile device, please do the following:

- Open the Dropbox app
- Tap the blue “+” button on the bottom-right
- Tap "Upload files”

It’s not currently possible to manually upload an entire folder from your device to the Dropbox Android app. However, you can upload multiple files at once. To do this, long-press on a single file to enter multi-select mode. Next, select the files you want to upload. The checkmark next to the file indicates that the file has been selected for upload.

Please note that manually uploading files to Dropbox may use your mobile data, if no Wi-Fi is available.

You can learn more about uploading files on the following page:

https://www.dropbox.com/help/84

Once you have done this and uploaded all the files onto Dropbox, you will be able to Download or Sync (if you are using the client) these files on your Mac.

I hope this helps, please let me know if there is anyhting 😉

...to a MacBook Pro laptop.  The 7 GB Dropbox storage is locking up my phone on the phone device's storage of total 16 GB.  Is it possible to move this 7 GB from the device storage to the SD card storage?

Hi Mark,  Is there a phone number at some sort of Tech Support for Dropbox, so I could sort out my problem with a LIVE person over the phone?

No, there isnt unless you are a paying Business customer. You can log a support ticket at http://bit.ly/cm-support though.

However, other than removing Dropbox I'm afraid there isnt anything you can do.
