Hi really love dropbox.

my credit card account shows that 199$ has been creadited and i also got my invoice from dropbox but my dropbox storage is on basic.

 

please help me.

Hi @KrazyPSP, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!

 

Can you just clarify for me if you upgraded directly through the Dropbox website, or was it through the mobile app store (Google/Apple)?

 

Also, if you use the lookup tool here for the charge you see in your bank account, does it show the correct email that's currently linked with your Dropbox account?
