Hello Dropbox community,

I just sign up dropbox (basic) but I can't receive verification email from dropbox. I try to click resend email serveral times but nothing come into my inbox. my email is working (I try to send & reply from another email and it work fine)

Hi @inezirrene; welcome to our Community!

 

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with verifying your email address with us; could you try another browser and let me know the results?

 

While we're at it, please check your spam folder to make sure it didn't end up there while you can also add the email address no-reply@dropbox.com to your address book and then try sending the email again.
