I am getting an error 500 when trying to access my account. Any ideas?

I still have 90% of free available space with my TB but yet I get an error 500. I have deadlines to meet today. What is the issue?

Sorry for the delay - the error has no relation to the space available you have. Are you still having issues to upload files?

As per the T&C's Adam refunds are not offered. 

You can, however, cancel future payments at www.dropbox.com/plans

And again, no swearing please.

error 500.... can't get into my files

Frist of all I could not get to dropbox error 500, I cleared my internet cache and could get to the login page but when logging in I get error 500.

This happens on any pc with any browser ( I have tried 4 pc's and three different types of browser)
