I asked about a downgrade and support went ahead and processed it

Hello, 

 

I spoke to Support today to enquire about a Business refund, they said they would get back to me. Then I recieved an email stating that my refund was processed and my account was downgraded. I hadnt given the go-ahead, I was simply enquiring if it was possible given the current sitaution. I problem i have now is that i cannot migrate my files to another service and it will take days to download and upload them. 

 

Any suggestions?

Hi @johnm233, thanks for posting on the Community!

 

As you’ve already been in contact with the support team, I’d recommend replying to their email directly to see if there’s anything they can do on their end to assist on this matter.

 

Regarding your issue, while your account may be overquota and you can’t sync any changes, you can still have your files sync down to your computer normally via the desktop app.

 

Afterwards, you can move them to another service if you wish.
