I can't access my Dropbox account with all my precious photos

Dear Sir/Mam
i had an account earlier with dropbox which entitles me for 50gb of storage and my precious photos and videos were also uploaded on that.
but now i am not able to access it
when i login it shows me a complete blank dropbox,
it was closed on Aug 19
please help me to recover my account
please help.

after 30 day u can't recovery anymore, i' m sorry but is impossible... :(

Just to make sure that we're on the same page, could you let me know if:

  • You received a notification regarding inactivity or if you closed the account yourself?
  • The account was closed in August 2019, or August 19th of 2020?
