I can't access my account and have no access to my email

I can't access my account and have no access to my email

New member | Level 2

My drop box has been hacked. I've already emailed for help and havent heard from anyone. I have an old college email attached to my account that I have no way to get to to delete or change my account. I am gettting very frustraded that Dropbox doesnt have a simple phone number to call.

At first, please note, currently, Dropbox offers tech support over the phone for Dropbox Business teams on an Advanced or Enterprise plan. You can also find this here, and if you’re not sure which subscription your account is on, just navigate to your Plan tab
 
Furthermore, for security and privacy purposes, you must have an active email address associated with your Dropbox account. If you've lost access to the email address connected with your account but still remember your password, try signing in to your Dropbox account and then immediately change your email address. You can find more info about this here
