The email my Dropbox account was created/registered with ([personal information removed per the Community's Guidelines]) has had to be disabled due to fraudulent activity.
Dropbox expired my password.
I can't reset the password b/c the reset goes to the disabled email.
I need the reset to go to my new email address ([personal information removed per the Community's Guidelines])
I can't find a HUMAN to help me, I just keep going in circles with bots.
Can anyone PLEASE help?

Unless you have another device already signed in to your Dropbox account, you likely won't be able to gain access to it. Dropbox will only send the reset information to the email address associated with your account. Your best bet will be to contact your previous email provider and try to get the account reactivated.
