I’m having trouble getting a hold of support and addressing my issue. I have sent 3 emails from 3 different accounts I have put in ticket requests and I have requested help in this forum for coming up on 3 weeks now. I have been banned from posting in the community but I’m not posting anything. My concern is that someone hacked my Dropbox and changed the email. Because I can’t login and I keep getting banned when I mention the ticket number associated with my requests. Please advise how I can get my account reactivated. You guys keep trying to pull my membership fee even after disabling my account.
