I can't access my personal account to cancel the subscription, what can I do?

I can't access my personal account to cancel the subscription, what can I do?

I had a personal account that I haven't used in years but it was linked to a business account.  Since I haven't been logging into my personal account I have been locked out of it.  This issue us I am still being charged for that account and I cannot get into it to cancel it.  How do I go about canceling the account without being able to get into the account. And my email address is no longer valid so I can't receive emails about it either.
